  1. Booking & Payment:
    • All bookings must be made through our official channels.
    • Full or partial payment must be made as per the selected package terms.
    • Payment gateway charges (if any) are borne by the customer.
  2. Travel Documents:
    • It is the customer's responsibility to carry valid travel documents, including passport, visa, ID, and other permits as needed.
  3. Amendments:
    • Any changes to travel dates or services after confirmation will be subject to availability and applicable charges.
  4. Pricing:
    • Prices are subject to change due to factors like currency fluctuation, tax updates, or supplier cost changes.
    • Final price is confirmed only after full payment is received.
  5. Liability:
    • Meridiantours is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused during the tour due to third-party vendors or uncontrollable circumstances.
  6. Force Majeure:
    • We shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellation due to events beyond our control like natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or pandemic-related travel restrictions.
  7. Jurisdiction:
    • All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Ajmer, Rajasthan, India.

    • We collect personal details (name, contact number, email, travel preferences) during booking or inquiry.
    • Payment-related details are handled securely via trusted payment gateways like Razorpay.
  2. Usage of Information:
    • Your data is used for booking confirmations, sending updates, marketing emails (if opted), and internal analysis.
  3. Data Protection:
    • We do not sell or share your personal data with any third party, except where required for fulfilling your bookings (e.g., hotel/resort/airlines).
  4. Cookies:
    • We use cookies to improve user experience on our website.
  5. Third-Party Links:
    • Our site may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

💸 3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our policies are designed to be fair and transparent.

🔄 Cancellation Policy:
  • More than 30 days before travel: 90% refund
  • 15-30 days before travel: 50% refund
  • Less than 15 days before travel: No refund
  • No show or same-day cancellation: No refund
Note: Flight/train tickets, visa fees, or any non-refundable bookings are excluded from the refund.

⏳ Refund Timeline:
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after cancellation confirmation.
  • Amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment (Credit Card / Debit Card / UPI / Net Banking).
  • Transaction or gateway charges are non-refundable.
